Refunds

Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact the published support address with your receipt or transaction ID. Do not send conversation archives, API keys or card details.

Paddle processes the refund. Completion timing depends on Paddle and the payment method. Once approved, license retrieval and online verification are revoked. Partial refunds and disputed payments require an operator to review the exception.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
