License terms

The personal license costs $89.99 USD before applicable tax. It grants one person use of eligible received Relay versions and 12 months of updates from purchase. It includes no AI usage allowance, hosted transcript storage or unlimited support.

After the update period, you may continue using received versions while your computer and supported assistant versions remain compatible. A later upgrade is optional. Provider changes can prevent compatibility; no future host version is guaranteed.

Use your own provider accounts and comply with their terms. Relay does not transfer permissions, bypass quotas or resell AI accounts. You remain responsible for reviewing agent actions and preserving project backups.

Refunds revoke the associated license. Offline installations cannot receive immediate revocation updates. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
